On Thursday, March 12, 2020, the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield will host it is annual Youth Leadership Dinner, every night to commemorate the Club while the youth making it the unique destination that it’s!
The supper will honor the Club’s Character and Leadership Program users in Gem Club (for 5th-grade people), Torch Club (for center school users) and Keystone Club (for senior high school people) and separately recognize members for his or her dedication and achievements. The dinner will even emphasize 17 Youth for the Year applicants, and attendees could have the chance to hear from 12 Upperclassman Candidates, because they will each invest a minutes that are few their personal Club stories through the night. The supper will conclude with crowning the 2020 Youth of the season, the Club’s biggest yearly honor.
A committee of district leaders will interview every one of the prospects and make use of the staff that is professional find the Youth of the Year. “The Youth of the season system encourages Club people to attain their full potential by attaining scholastic success, leading healthier lifestyles and leading to their communities, ” said Mike Flynn, Executive Director during the Boys & Girls Club.
